The Residential Center Le Canne in San Teodoro is located on the edge of the village of San Teodoro in a very quiet and green area. It consists of 11 flats, which differ from each other in location and construction criteria, furnished according to the tastes of the various owners. The various complexes are in the immediate vicinity of the fabulous ‘La Cinta’ beach, which can be reached by a short, pleasant walk. Not far away is the town centre of San Teodoro. Minimum stay 4 nights in low season (from 27/04 to 07/06 and from 14/09 to 12/10), minimum stay 7 nights in high season (from 08/06 to 13/09). Arrivals and departures allowed every day of the week.

The flats at the Le Canne Residential Centre have simple, functional furnishings and are equipped with the main comforts: LCD TV, refrigerator, microwave oven, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, laundry room (some flats have a washing machine). I highly recommend to everyone! We were 6 guys and we had a great time. The house, with small garden and outdoor area with table, is really very nice, the ultimate in relaxation and comfort. The location is great, 300 m from La Cinta beach and close to the centre.
