Terms and conditions
The following terms and conditions are an integral part of the rental contract for the period booked by you and are therefore understood to be known and accepted by the customer at the time of conclusion as contractual terms and conditions.
The rental contract is considered concluded only upon receipt of our letter or e-mail confirmation that will be sent after receiving the payment of a deposit equal to 30% of the rent. The payment must be made no later than 24 hours after the request of the reservation by bank transfer.
PAYMENT AND SERVICES
Failure to make the above payment on the date set out above shall constitute an express termination clause in the contract. The minimum stay is 7 days with arrival on Saturday and departure on Saturday (unless otherwise agreed). The supply of linen is optional and if not requested at the time of booking, it can be requested at check-in. The balance of the agreed amount, together with the optional services are to be paid upon arrival at the Agency, upon delivery of the keys by cash, credit card or debit card: bank checks are not accepted. Failure to pay this fee will result in the automatic termination of the contract and the amount already paid at the time of booking will be acquired by our Agency as compensation.
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURES
The delivery of the keys of the accommodation, with the completion of the acceptance procedure is provided for the day of contractual arrival from 17:00 to 20:00 at the Agency Arcos Vacanze s.r.l.s. San Teodoro, Via Pescara, s.n. 08020 San Teodoro (OT). In case of delays, please inform us immediately at the number +39 389 1963084. The contracting party must be provided with an identity document and a confirmation voucher. Departure is expected no later than 10:00 a.m. on the day established by the contract. In the event that you are unable to occupy the apartment from the day booked or at the scheduled time for personal reasons, strikes or difficulties during the trip is not refunded. The same rule also applies in the case of early departure.
No penalty from the reservation until 8 days before the date of arrival;
Up to 4 days before the date of arrival: 30% of the total price of the reservation;
Up to 1 days before the date of arrival: 50% of the total price of the reservation;
No show or early departure: 100% of the total price of the reservation;
ALTERNATIVE OR ANNULMENT OF THE CONTRACT FROM THE AGENCY
Arcos Vacanze s.r.l.s. reserves the right to replace the apartment booked with an offer of equal value in case of serious unforeseen circumstances. In case of force majeure, wars, disasters and the like Arcos Vacanze s.r.l.s. may cancel the contract by returning the amount paid. Obligations of the tenant At the time of delivery of the keys you must pay a deposit of € 100.00 in cash. If this payment is not made, Arcos Vacanze s.r.l.s. reserves the right not to hand over the keys. The occupation of the apartment is limited to the number of people mentioned in the contract. The responsible person can forbid the entrance to the people in excess.
The deposit will be returned in full only after the positive control of the condition of the apartment by one of our operators. In case of damage or possible breakage of objects or things and the lack and / or damage of linen booked, if any, must be refunded at the market price.
Early departures must be communicated to Arcos Vacanze s.r.l.s. at least 1 day in advance to facilitate the control of the apartment. In case of departure outside our opening hours (9-13; 16,30-20), the deposit will be returned by post or bank, after the ritual checks.
The tenant undertakes to occupy the apartment respecting all the rules of good neighborliness. The cleaning of the kitchenette, crockery and kitchen equipment must be done by the customer as it is not included in the final cleaning, otherwise they will be deducted from the deposit € 25.00.
In cases where Arcos Vacanze s.r.l.s. is not to be held responsible, no responsibility should be attributed to the agency Arcos Vacanze s.r.l.s. for any damage, injury, theft, undrinkable water, negligence on the part of the tenant and inconvenience in general that should occur in the apartment.
The competent court for any dispute arising from this contract will be competent only the court of Nuoro.
