Arcobaleno Residence

The Arcobaleno Residence located in San Teodoro, is a structure consisting of eleven two-room flats with three and four beds, distributed between the ground and first floors. It is located in a quiet and very attractive area, as it is 470 metres from the beautiful La Cinta white beach and about 700 metres from the centre.

Minimum stay 4 nights in low season (from 27/04 to 07/06 and from 14/09 to 12/10), minimum stay 7 nights in high season (from 08/06 to 13/09). Arrivals and departures allowed every day of the week.

The flats are furnished in a modern, simple and functional style and are equipped with the main comforts: refrigerator, microwave oven, air conditioning, LCD TV, satellite TV, free wifi. They consist of a living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed, a double bedroom, private bathroom with shower cubicle, veranda/balcony equipped with table and garden chairs.

All flats have a parking space inside the residence, electric car recharging station, laundry room with coin-operated washing machines, outdoor showers, barbecue area, and access to the residence by code.

The flats at Residence Arcobaleno are all two-roomed, sleeping 2 to 4 people, and offer all the best services.

Pets are not allowed.
